Pricing FAQ
A credit is a unit of usage: 1 credit is $0.01. Each piece of work an agent does, such as an email, a text or a minute of a call, uses credits. The platform fee is built into each plan's price, so the credits a plan includes are for usage.
Billed yearly means the year is paid up front: Launch is $1,188 for the year, which is $99 a month, and Growth is $9,588, which is $799 a month. Billed monthly, Launch is $125 a month and Growth is $1,000 a month. Both cadences include the same credits, and they reset every month.
No. Each plan's included credits reset with every monthly cycle, and the ones not used in a cycle expire.
Usage beyond the included credits is billed. Credit packs, bought ahead and used at any time, are coming later.
As many as you need, on every plan. Atlas is never priced per seat, so everyone who works receivables can sign in.
Invoices are due on receipt. Credits are issued once payment is received. The card on a paid plan is saved when you sign up and first charged when your environment goes live: for the year on yearly billing, for the month on monthly.
No. Startup is free, with 250 credits a month. A card is asked for when you move to a paid plan.
We review your organization's details, then set up your private environment. Until then you can sign in, and Atlas opens once your environment is ready.
Thirty minutes on your own aging report. You leave with a view of how Atlas would work it, and an honest answer if the sequencing is wrong and you should fix something else first.
