Private data

Your receivables data stays yours, in its own database.

Atlas keeps every company's data in a database of its own, behind a login that can open nothing else. What Atlas learns from your accounts serves your company only. Every change is recorded, and every person and token sees only what its role allows.

Illustrative data

Isolation

Nothing crosses between companies.

01

One database per company

Your data lives in its own database with its own login. That login cannot open another company's database.

02

Company-specific learning

Learnings, AI Credit Ratings and rating models are built from your own history and used for your company only.

03

Your deployment choice

Run hosted by Ferrata, or inside your VPC, on-prem or air-gapped, so the data stays where your policy needs it.

Access

Every person and every token sees only what it should.

Roles
Owner, Admin, Approver and Viewer, set per company, decide who can see, change and release work.
External access
Tokens for MCP and the API are scoped to what they may read, and can be rotated or revoked at any time.
Keys
Keys your Owner enters are encrypted with a key unique to your company. They are never part of what a model sees.
Ferrata staff
Ferrata's admin tools do not read your tenant database.

Before anything is disclosed

Customers are verified before an agent shares a balance.

  1. 01

    Redacted by default

Until a customer is verified, agents do not disclose invoice numbers, amounts, dates or status on any channel.

  2. 02

    Verified on the channel

Calls verify during the conversation; emails and texts carry a secure link.

  3. 03

    Kept as hashes

Verification values are stored as keyed hashes and never appear in logs or transcripts.

Audit

Every change is on the record.

01

Append-only

The audit trail can be added to and never edited, and each entry is written in the same transaction as the change it records.

02

Every agent run

Each run records its context, its checks, what the agent drafted and what was sent, step by step.

03

Nothing cascades

Financial records are never deleted by accident. They can be held or retained, and a purge is a separate, deliberate act.

FAQ

Your data stays yours, run end to end.

Is our data mixed with other companies' data in Atlas?

No. Atlas keeps each company's data in its own database, behind a login that can open no other company's database. Learnings, AI Credit Ratings and rating models are built from your history and serve your company only.

Who can see our data inside Atlas?

People see what their role allows: Owner, Admin, Approver or Viewer, set per company. Tokens for MCP and API access are scoped to what they may read and can be rotated or revoked. Ferrata's admin tools do not read your tenant database.

How does Atlas stop an agent from sharing a balance with the wrong person?

Until a customer is verified, Atlas agents do not disclose invoice numbers, amounts, dates or status on any channel. Calls verify during the conversation, emails and texts carry a secure link, and verification values are stored only as keyed hashes.

Can we see everything Atlas did on an account?

Yes. Atlas writes an append-only audit entry in the same transaction as every change, and records each agent run step by step: the context it read, the checks it ran, what it drafted and what was sent.

Can we keep our data inside our own environment?

Yes. Atlas can run inside your VPC, on-prem or air-gapped in your private environment, working the same way as the hosted service. Those deployment options are part of the Enterprise plan.

See the platform work on your own receivables.

Thirty minutes on your own aging report. You leave with a view of how Atlas would work it, and an honest answer if the sequencing is wrong and you should fix something else first.

Your credit policy, terms, tone and escalation rules are your advantage, and they stay yours. Atlas is configured to the way you run receivables. You are not handing over a playbook or fitting into a template.
