Atlas credit management
Credit management software that has the file ready before you decide.
New customers send a credit application by email or a link. Atlas reads the W-9, the trade references, the financial statements and the resale certificates, fills in the application, checks it against your credit policy and recommends one decision with the reasons. Once a person approves, terms and the limit are set in your ERP.

An automated credit application, start to finish.

The Credit Decision agent recommends approve, decline or a lower limit, with the reasons behind it.

Once approved, terms and the credit limit are written to SAP, NetSuite or Dynamics.
What it reads
Credit application software that reads the documents, not just the form.
W-9
Legal name and EIN checked against the application. A full SSN is never stored.
Trade references
Contacted and confirmed, with each reply attached to the file.
Financial statements
Revenue, margins and liquidity read into the fields your policy asks for.
Resale certificates
States and expiry dates recorded, so tax status is right from the first invoice.
Trade credit management
Credit risk management that keeps going after approval.

| Where terms live | Retyped into the ERP | Written to the ERP once approved |
What runs without anyone
Atlas does the work. You decide what waits.
Automated credit decisioning here means the work is done, not that the decision is made for you. The Credit Decision agent recommends; every step waits for review.
Atlas runs on its own. You flag any step for review, and flagged work waits in the Approval Queue for an Approver, Admin or Owner. Charge-off and legal waits for a person on every step.
On its own

- Asks the applicant for anything missing
- Recommends one decision and a limit, with the reasons
Waits for a person
- Every credit decision, approve or decline
- Setting terms and limits in the ERP
- Placing or releasing a credit hold
FAQ
Credit management, run end to end.
Can Atlas process credit applications automatically?
Yes. Atlas receives credit applications by email or a secure link, reads the W-9, trade references, financial statements and resale certificates, fills in the application and checks it against the company's credit policy. Anything missing goes back to the applicant in a single request. A person makes the decision.
Does Atlas make credit decisions on its own?
No. The Atlas Credit Decision agent recommends one decision, with a limit and the reasons, and every step waits for a person to review. It acts on nothing by itself. Once someone approves, Atlas writes the terms and credit limit to the ERP.
How does Atlas keep credit limits current after a customer is approved?
Every account carries an AI Credit Rating, rebuilt nightly from its payment history with your company, and a recommended credit limit beside it. When the rating falls, the credit team sees the recommendation change and the reasons, rather than waiting for an annual review.
Which ERPs does Atlas set terms and limits in?
Atlas writes approved terms and credit limits to SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite and Dynamics 365. The write goes to the ERP first and is read back, so the ERP remains the record of what each customer can buy.
How does Atlas handle credit holds?
Atlas recommends a credit hold from the account's rating and past-due balance, and the Collections agent can include a hold as a step in its sequence. Placing or releasing a hold is reviewed by a person by default, so a customer is never stopped by surprise.
Can we use our own credit policy?
Yes. The checks Atlas runs are your credit policy's requirements, in your order, with your thresholds. Your policy stays yours; Atlas applies it to every application the same way.
