SAP
SAP credit management and collections management, worked by agents.
Credit
Atlas rates every SAP customer from its own payment history and recommends a credit limit, with the reasons shown.
Collections
Open items from SAP S/4HANA flow into Atlas agents that email, text and call on the sequence you set.
Back to SAP
With write-back on, holds, applications and credit memos go to SAP first and are confirmed before Atlas shows them.
NetSuite
NetSuite dunning and cash application, without the saved searches.
Dunning
Atlas follows up every open NetSuite invoice per account, not per invoice, with one touch per customer per day.
Cash application
Deposits and remittances are matched to NetSuite invoices, and low-confidence matches are held for a person.
Promises and disputes
A promise or a dispute moves the account to the agent built for it, with the NetSuite record beside it.
One model
Every connection lands in the same place.
Whatever the source, Atlas keeps the record verbatim and maps it into one canonical model, so a payment from the bank, a reply from the inbox and an invoice from the ERP all describe the same account.
FAQ
Integrations, run end to end.
Does Atlas work with SAP S/4HANA for accounts receivable?
Yes. Atlas reads customers, open items, invoices, payments and credit memos from SAP S/4HANA, works them with agents for credit, collections, disputes and cash application, and with write-back on, sends changes to SAP first and confirms them.
Can Atlas run dunning for NetSuite?
Yes. Atlas follows up every open NetSuite invoice by email, text and voice on the sequence you set, per account rather than per invoice, with at most one touch per customer per day and calls and texts only between 8am and 9pm local time.
Can Atlas do cash application for NetSuite?
Yes. Atlas matches deposits from your bank feeds and remittances from your AR inbox to NetSuite invoices. Confident matches are applied, low-confidence matches are held for a person, and with write-back on, applications are posted to NetSuite and confirmed.
How does Atlas support SAP credit management?
Atlas gives every SAP customer an AI Credit Rating from 1 to 100, built from its own payment history with you, re-rated nightly, with the reasons shown and a recommended credit limit beside it.
Which other systems does Atlas connect to?
Beyond SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics and Rillet, Atlas works with bank feeds, Microsoft 365 and Gmail mailboxes, Salesforce and HubSpot, Snowflake, text and voice channels, card and ACH payment links, and MCP and API access for your own tools.
How long does it take to connect our systems?
Connections are configured when your Atlas instance is deployed, with your IT team. Atlas reads directly from each system, so nothing has to be exported first, and write-back stays off until you switch it on.
